Job summary

ProAmpac in Trout Valley, IL is seeking a skilled laminator operator to support the lamination line. You will assist with machine setup, load materials, monitor operations, and collaborate with maintenance and production teams.

The role offers a 2pm-12am shift, a wage of roughly $19–$23 per hour, comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, plus wellness programs.

Qualifications

1–2 years experience preferred.
Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision-making; able to identify problems and develop solutions and/or options.

Responsibilities

Assist with machine setup and load materials to prepare operation.
Monitor lamination machine operations and notify supervisor of issues or malfunctions.
Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, or replacing parts to ensure safe operation.
Troubleshoot minor technical issues under guidance of operator or maintenance staff.
Fill in or temporarily run the machine during shift changes as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment and follow PPE requirements.
Complete production logs for output, downtime, and maintenance activities.
