• Undergoes 6,000 hours of training to attain proficiency in welding.

Responsibilities

• Stacks and aligns rotor and stator laminations for assembly.
• Measuring stacks and adjusting laminations as needed.
• Performing GMAW tack welds that meet certification.
• Completing daily/weekly TPM tasks accurately.
• Receiving instruction on new work under supervision.
