Job summary

FormWood Industries Inc. in Jeffersonville, Indiana is seeking a full-time production/lamination worker to handle veneer sheets, panels, and related materials.

The role requires following standard work methods, safe practices, and efficient production processes. Responsibilities include reading work orders, labeling and tagging products, ensuring quality per SOP, reporting safety or equipment issues, stocking finished goods, and participating in continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Reads work orders and completes schedules and assignments as assigned by department supervisor
• Attach appropriate, accurately filled out, work orders and tags to products and packages
• Completes quality requirements per standard operating procedure
• Notify supervisor of any safety, and/or mechanical, or material issues that will affect the quality of finished products
• Place finished goods on the designated pallet or roll-cart
• Participate in continuous improvement activities within the facility
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
