Qualifications

• Able to work on-site with minimal experience; training provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; no more than 2 infractions in the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple production packing lines and prevent backlogs.
• Follow detailed work instructions to package products correctly.
• Inspect and count parts for quality control.
• Inspect spacing and glue leaks on finished products.
• Train on plastic extrusion machine and learn to change dies.
• Perform basic data entry for production and quality metrics.
• Maintain safety and a clean, organized workspace.
