Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with close tolerances.
• Good reading and comprehension to follow job specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment according to job specs and quality standards.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance to ensure optimum output.
• Prepare inks for color matching and consistency.
• Check paper type, size, color, and quantity.
• Check plates for correct format and alignment.
• Visually inspect forms for quality throughout runs.
• Coordinate with Production Team to prioritize jobs and meet deadlines.
