Qualifications

• Mechanical and technical aptitude is required.
• Basic math skills including reading a ruler for stock optimization.
• Ability to operate equipment to meet production and quality standards.
• Ability to understand verbal and written work orders.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines in a continuous production environment (cutters, slitters, wrappers).
• Assist in shipping by pre-boxing and preparing orders.
• Proofread and quality-check product for accuracy and quality standards.
• Clean and maintain the work area per safety regulations.
• Assist in other departmental areas as workload requires.
