Job summary

Custom Filters Direct is hiring a Laminating Machine Operator in Bloomsburg, PA with a plan to operate laminating equipment in air filter manufacturing. Training will occur at 20 Union Lane, Bloomsburg, and the Berwick site will become the primary location at 1414 Susquehanna Ave, Berwick, once ready.

Candidates must commute to both sites. The role pays $19.00/hour with a $50 weekly attendance bonus, plus benefits after 90 days including medical/dental/vision, PTO, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.
• Previous manufacturing machine operation experience preferred; laminating experience is a plus.
• Able to stand for extended periods and handle production materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor laminating equipment to meet production requirements.
• Load and feed materials into the equipment, ensuring proper alignment and consistent operation.
• Adjust machine settings according to work instructions and product specifications.
• Perform machine setups and changeovers for different production runs.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished materials for proper bonding, alignment, and overall quality.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic machine upkeep; report repair needs to maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures, document production information, and keep the work area organized.

Now Hiring: Laminating Machine Operator

Custom Filters Direct | Bloomsburg, PA - Berwick, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., plus any required overtime

Custom Filters Direct is growing! We are seeking a mechanically inclined Laminator Operator to operate laminating equipment used in our air filter manufacturing process. If you enjoy working with machinery, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and producing quality products, we’d like to hear from you.

Training & Work Location: Training will take place at 20 Union Lane, Bloomsburg, PA. Once our Berwick facility is up and running, this position will transition to working onsite at 1414 Susquehanna Avenue, Berwick, PA, operating the laminators there. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to both locations.

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly pay @ $19.00/hour + $50 weekly attendance bonus for working all scheduled hours
