Job summary

Weidmann Electrical Technology is seeking a 1st Shift Lam Line Operator in St. Johnsbury, VT. You will regularly set up and operate laminating equipment to produce a variety of products, safely handling resins and related chemicals and performing quality inspections.

Ideal candidates have a High School/Trade School Diploma, 2 years of relevant experience, and the ability to read blueprints and perform shop mathematics. Benefits include medical, 401(k), life/AD&D, and more.

Qualifications

• High School/Trade School Diploma required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precise measuring tools.
• Experience with laminating processes and quality checks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate laminating equipment with minimal supervision.
• Safely mix and handle resins, glues, catalysts, acetone and similar materials.
• Inspect products, ensure tolerances, and document quality checks.
• Maintain equipment and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support production schedules and meet customer and quality requirements.
