Job summary

The Boathouse at The Edgewater in Madison, WI is seeking motivated bartenders to deliver outstanding service as we open on May 1st. You will take orders, prepare drinks, and support a busy bar and dining room with a team-spirited approach.

Shifts are 3–5 per week with flexible scheduling including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Training before opening date is provided to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Availability for a minimum of 3 shifts per week including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate drink orders and ensure prompt service to multiple tables.
• Prepare drinks and maintain bar inventory and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to deliver high quality guest experiences.
