Job summary

Nick's on the Lake is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our busy kitchen operation and ensure high-quality food and service for guests at the lakeside location.

You will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage inventory, and mentor staff while maintaining strict food safety standards and adapting menu items to seasonal preferences and guest feedback. A fast-paced, high-energy environment awaits.

• 5-10 years prior experience in a kitchen management role.
