Job summary

Popeye's in Las Vegas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, recruit and train staff, ensure consistent quality, and maintain a safe, sanitary environment.

The role focuses on developing crewmembers into shift leaders and advancing to higher roles, while managing inventory and controlling costs to optimize profits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar restaurant management role.
• ServSafe certification is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
• Experience with inventory management and cost control.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff development.
• Ensure high-quality food preparation and service with safety standards.
• Maintain inventory and control costs to optimize profits.

Job Summary

• Maintain accurate inventory and control the cost of goods to optimize profits.


• Respond to guest complaints and take appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.


• Develop Crewmembers to become Shift Leaders and develop Shift Leaders to become Assistant Managers.


• Uphold all ServSafe guidelines and ensure compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


• ServSafe certification required.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.


• Experience with inventory management and cost control.


• Knowledge of restaurant sanitation and safety regulations.


• Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends.
