Job Description: Lake Worth #12 Busser at Flanigan's Enterprises, Inc.

Join us as a Busser and support our team by preparing the restaurant for a wonderful service experience. Bussers are responsible for cleaning and setting up dining areas, assisting servers and bartenders, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

1. Following all safety and sanitation policies
2. Cleaning and setting tables promptly
3. Assisting guests by clearing dishes and glassware
4. Removing trash and debris from all areas
5. Maintaining cleanliness of restrooms, parking, and patio areas
6. Ensuring high chairs and booster seats are sanitary
7. Performing shift changes, opening/closing duties, and sidework
8. Reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
9. Working in damp, high-temperature environments indoors and outdoors
10. Completing Florida Responsible Vendor and food safety certification programs
11. Ability to speak, read, and write English
