Job summary

Texas Health Action is seeking an LAI/PrEP Coordinator to support long-acting injectable services and HIV prevention across multiple Texas locations. You will coordinate appointments, access, and workflows while maintaining compassionate, trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+-affirming care.

The role requires strong organizational skills, HIPAA compliance, and the ability to work with diverse communities. Previous experience in sexual health services and patient navigation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in healthcare coordination, case management, patient navigation, public health or HIV services.
• Experience in coordinating injector medications, PrEP/Treatment, or STI services favored.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus with medical vocabulary knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support clinic flow on injection days, including patient check-in and follow-up scheduling.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and educational materials.
• Monitor program data and prepare reports on enrollment and outcomes.
• Coordinate intake, scheduling, and follow-up for LAI services.
• Educate patients about treatment and prevention options and follow-up care.
• Protect patient privacy and comply with HIPAA and regulations.
