Health in Balance Chiropractic & Natural Medicine in Laguna Beach, CA is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to provide 50-minute therapeutic massages, follow chiropractic protocols, and assess client needs. The role is part-time, 14–18 hours weekly, in-office with daytime shift options and a pay rate of $35–$45 per hour plus per-massage pay.

Ideal candidates hold a valid state massage license, have deep tissue or medical massage experience, and can document patient records in our EHR system,

Formación

• Valid State License for Massage Therapy.
• Experience in deep tissue, sports, and/or medical massage.
• Experience in cupping massage technique.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Attend and participate in team huddle at shift start.
• Follow massage treatment protocols determined by Chiropractors.
• Evaluate clients to locate painful or stressed areas.
• Tailor massage techniques to meet client needs.
• Recommend add-ons to patients who could benefit from CBD oil or cupping.
• Provide 50-minute therapeutic deep manual massages to patients, by appointment.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Build positive therapist-patient relationships.
• Maintain professional appearance of the treatment area.
