Job summary

CMC in Mesa, AZ seeks a safety-focused Ladle Crane Operator to join our steel manufacturing team. You will operate a remote-controlled overhead crane to safely transport ladles, steel, and other materials through the melt shop, receiving training on equipment and processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment inspections and report issues per shift.
• Collaborate with team to address production concerns and improve methods.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and safety practices.
• Troubleshoot basic problems and communicate needs clearly.
