Job summary

Rosenbauer is a leading manufacturer of fire equipment, seeking a Welder-Ladder Weld to join our full-time shop team. You will perform weld preparation, MIG and TIG welding, and finish work on ladder assemblies, cradles, oil tanks, and related components in a metal fabrication environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of welding experience, can read blueprints, and work across various welding positions.

Qualifications

• One year of welding experience.
• Vertical/horizontal/overhead welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weld preparation and finishing per drawings and specs.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding.
• Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and weld symbols.
• Inspect pieces and measure with templates to ensure spec conformance.
• Maintain welding equipment and follow safety procedures.
