We are looking for full‑time Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADC) at NorthStar Regional. The counselor plays an important role in the delivery of treatment services to the clients and is responsible for ensuring that all clients receive services mandated by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS). In addition, counselors provide essential services to support the achievement of effective personal development by working with clients individually or in group settings to identify and resolve issues including substance use, mental health, personal and/or emotional problems and family issues.
This is an in‑person position and requires all scheduled shifts to be worked.
Job Type: Full‑time
LADC Salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
