Formación

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive SUD assessments and evaluations.
• Administer and document standardized screening tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7).
• Provide individual counseling using evidence-based approaches.
• Support patients through recovery stages including engagement and relapse prevention.
• Coordinate care with medical and behavioral health teams; document in EHR.
• Facilitate referrals to higher levels of care and community resources.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and ensure regulatory compliance.
