Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and evaluate educational programs meeting regulatory and organizational needs.
• Design and deliver continuing professional education activities for staff.
• Collaborate with consultants on special education projects.
• Market and communicate education programs to a broad audience.
• Participate in classroom instruction on developed projects.
• Recommend cost/quality strategies within budget.
• Serve as a resource for staff on educational and clinical outcomes.
• Develop and monitor orientation and education processes for clinical staff.
• Respond to changes in clinical practice with necessary training.
• Ensure compliance and documentation of organizational records.
