Responsabilités

• Provide expert lactation care for breastfeeding dyads in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Assess patients and develop individualized lactation care plans.
• Educate families on feeding cues, latch techniques, and pumping.
• Attend deliveries and cesarean sections to initiate lactation support when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care plans and outcomes.
• Coordinate discharge planning and provide post-discharge resources.
