Coulee Medical Center is seeking a compassionate Per Diem Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) to support pregnant and postpartum families with breastfeeding and infant-feeding needs. This role emphasizes personalized care and collaboration with OB and nursing teams in Washington state.

You will provide consultations, education, and follow-up, with opportunities to help staff implement evidence-based lactation practices while benefiting from a 15% wage differential and sick leave accrual.

Formación

• Current IBCLC certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of lactation consultation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prenatal and postpartum lactation consultations and education.
• Support families with breastfeeding, pumping, latch, and infant feeding plans.
• Develop individualized feeding plans and provide follow-up support.

Join our team and make a lasting difference for growing families!Coulee Medical Center is looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Per Diem Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) to provide personalized breastfeeding and infant-feeding support to pregnant and postpartum moms and their families.In this rewarding role, you’ll provide one-on-one lactation consultations, help families navigate feeding challenges, develop individualized feeding plans, and serve as a trusted resource for our OB, nursing, and healthcare teams.
