Job summary

The Episcopal School of Dallas is seeking a Boys’ Lacrosse Program Director to lead the program for grades 7–12 with dynamic, innovative leadership and a focus on sportsmanship and character. This full-time role requires collaboration with parents, faculty, and administration within a faith-centered preparatory setting.

Responsibilities include developing practice/game plans, coordinating travel, managing schedules and equipment, and guiding student-athletes through the college recruiting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; teaching field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of coaching experience; head varsity preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience using Hudl and Krossover for video analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with students and families.
• Ability to think strategically and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to the lacrosse program for grades 7–12.
• Design practice and game day plans; manage schedules.
• Coordinate travel, equipment, and uniforms.
• Plan events such as Senior Nights and End of Season Banquet.
• Ensure safety and coordination with athletic staff.
• Support recruiting and outreach to prospective student-athletes and families.
• Attend department meetings and follow school policies.
