Qualifications

• Leadership, organization and communication are essential.
• Previous experience in sport/activity sponsorship is preferred.
• VHSL and district coaching requirements (CPR/First Aid/AED, concussion training, background check)

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the sport or activity sponsor program.
• Plan and conduct practices, competitions, or meetings.
• Supervise and support coaches and staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues and demonstrate appropriate behavior with students.
• Ensure compliance with VHSL, district and school policies.
• Manage scheduling and program organization.
• Communicate with students, parents and school administration.
