• Oversee or lead all aspects of the sport or activity sponsor program.
• Plan and conduct effective practices, competitions, or meetings.
• Supervise and/or support colleagues or coaches.
• Collaborate with other colleagues and coaches and demonstrate appropriate behavior among students.
• Ensure compliance with VHSL, district, and school policies.
• Manage scheduling and program organization appropriately.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration.
