Cross Hope by Restaura in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a motivated Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) or LADAC. This Associate-level role offers mentorship, supervision for licensure hours, and a client base to gain experience while making a difference in the community.

The position includes on-site supervision, diverse diagnoses exposure, and opportunities for clinical growth as you complete required hours toward independent licensure under experienced leadership.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Strong documentation skills are required.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and learners.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and individual counseling.
• Manage a caseload and track progress through care levels.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate, Medicaid-compliant clinical documentation in EMR.
