Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in Latin America market and cross-cultural contexts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver development pipeline and approvals for new site openings and lease approvals.
• Support franchisees through market visits, calls, and reviews to ensure policy adherence and capability development.
• Lead market mapping and strategic planning for PTAs and market plans in all markets.
• Coordinate cross-functional development execution with Construction, Design, and Operations to meet targets.
