Job Summary

The LabWare LIMS Systems Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day support, stability, and performance of the LabWare LIMS platform. This role serves as a technical subject matter expert, ensuring smooth laboratory operations by resolving system issues, optimizing workflows, and supporting integrations and database activities. The position requires strong expertise in LabWare LIMS, SQL databases, and system integrations, along with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases
• Experience with system integrations
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting LIMS applications
• Ability to analyze system performance issues and optimize workflows
• Strong understanding of application processes, business logic, and technical solutions

Preferred Skills:

• Experience collaborating with Quality, Lab Operations, Customer Experience, and Data Governance teams
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
