• Configure Labware LIMS v6 to meet user requirements
• Expert in core functionalities of Labware LIMS and ability to understand/tailor the workflows
• Must have expertise in Sample Management and Lot Management modules
• Configure and develop Labware LIMS subroutines & non‑routine programs as per the client needs
• Develop and troubleshoot label issues and Crystal reports
• Provide technical support on application and interface issues
• Manage application administration such as user creation, assignment of roles, permissions, etc.
• Monitor application logs and perform periodic health checks on the application server and database server
• Monitor and troubleshoot Citric server print queues and ensure printing of labels
• Update visual workflows as per business needs
• Manage and install Labware LIMS on development server
• Implement change requests for Crystal Reports, LIMS visual workflows, LIMS workflow changes requiring modifications of subroutines, and LIMS stored queries as per SOPs
