LabWare Consultant

Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a LabWare Consultant to join our team of professionals in a permanent role. Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and guide functional team activities across project work streams and phases.
2. Lead and mentor functional experts responsible for key modules across different areas.
3. Facilitate process and requirements discussions, providing subject matter expertise.
4. Guide Business and ITS team members in understanding existing/legacy solutions.
5. Monitor activities and provide visibility on team progress.
6. Collaborate effectively across teams and streams to complete tasks.
7. Maintain transparent and thoughtful communication.
8. Respect the needs of team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on LW-LIMS experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Labware LIMS.
• Understanding of Pharma templates, including Item Code, Sample Plan, Analysis, and Product relationships.
• Knowledge of LIMS basic functions like format calculations and analysis component calculations.
• Hands-on coding and debugging skills.
• End-to-end product configuration experience.
• Knowledge of analysis configuration and variations.
• Experience logging samples and understanding the sample lifecycle.
• Experience working in multiple LW-LIMS environments (development, QA/staging, production).
• Client handling experience onsite.
• Strong communication skills, trustworthiness, reliability, focus, and organization.

Salary and Benefits:

Applications are accepted until June 24th, 2025. The annual salary ranges from $88,690 to $155,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.
