Job summary

Cognizant seeks a LabVantage consultant to bridge business requirements with LIMS solutions in life sciences, translating lab processes into scalable digital workflows. You will drive requirements, design, validation support, and cross-site harmonization.

Key focus areas include GxP compliance, URS/FRS artifacts, and system integrations with REST APIs, SDMS, and CDS. Strong collaboration with global teams is essential for successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Experience with LIMS implementations and lab workflows.
• Ability to translate URS/FRS into functional specs.
• Familiarity with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 validation.
• Understanding REST APIs and data mapping for integrations.
• Basic SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops with business stakeholders across QC, R&D and manufacturing labs.
• Translate business needs into URS/FRS and functional specifications.
• Define future-state LIMS-enabled workflows and identify gaps.
• Collaborate with LabVantage SMEs to align solution design.
• Support data migration, system demos, and validation activities.
