Job summary

Ascend Staffing – Fort Worth is hiring Quality Control Lab Technicians for a dairy manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX 76104. You will perform laboratory testing, monitor product quality, and ensure products meet safety and quality standards.

We offer weekly pay, direct deposit/pay card options, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Shifts available: 1st and 3rd. Pay is $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous laboratory, quality control, or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Dairy or food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Basic math, computer, and documentation skills.
• Ability to accurately record and communicate test results.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Must meet facility safety, hygiene, and screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect and prepare product samples for laboratory testing
• Perform routine quality control testing on raw materials and finished products
• Record and maintain accurate testing results and documentation
• Monitor product quality and report results outside established specifications
• Follow laboratory procedures, food safety standards, and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
• Properly clean and maintain laboratory equipment
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and production personnel
• Assist with additional quality control duties as needed

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented candidates who can perform laboratory testing, monitor product quality, and help ensure products meet food safety and quality standards. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and following established testing procedures.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Shifts Available: 1st Shift and 3rd Shift

Weekly pay

Overtime may be available based on production needs
