Job summary

Ascend Staffing in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to keep dairy manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production lines across 1st-3rd shifts.

The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, familiarity with motors, conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics, and a commitment to safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.

Qualifications

Hands-on maintenance experience on industrial equipment.
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
Knowledge of safety procedures including lockout/tagout.
Experience in dairy/manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial manufacturing and production equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Inspect and replace motors, pumps, belts, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic components.
Read equipment manuals and electrical diagrams, and document issues to supervisors.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift – $32/hr

Ascend Staffing is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for a dairy manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX 76104.

We are looking for skilled maintenance professionals with hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment. This position is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting skills, and experience keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Weekly pay

Overtime may be available based on production needs

Job Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial manufacturing and production equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
Inspect, repair, and replace motors, pumps, bearings, belts, conveyors, and other mechanical components
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment issues
Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings
Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and repairs
Document maintenance work and communicate equipment issues to supervisors
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
