Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road in Texas is seeking Traffic control laborers for North and South Texas projects. You will support the crew with tasks such as hand digging, trenching, pouring concrete, placing asphalt, setting forms, and traffic control.

A strong safety mindset and flexibility to work day, night, or weekend shifts are required. We provide medical, dental, life and disability insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience.
• Must have a strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• Diligent in demonstrating safe work practices.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States. Sponsorship is not available.

Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking Traffic control laborers for any of the North and South Texas construction projects. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals that want to excel with us.

The laborers will help support the project and crew with various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Able to follow instructions
• Provide support to the skilled trades
• Hand digging / trenching
• Pour concrete
• Place asphalt
• Set forms
• Traffic control
• Place erosion control devices
• General site cleanup and maintenance
• Follow safety policies & procedures
• Work hours adjusted to meet the project’s needs; days, nights and weekends

• Other duties as assigned
