Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking Traffic Control Laborers to support North and South Texas construction projects. Laborers will assist with traffic control, hand digging, trenching, site cleanup, and following safety policies.

Positions located across McKinney, Fort Worth, Plano, and other Texas sites with flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends. We offer a competitive benefits package and an employee-owned structure.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction experience is preferred.
• Must have a strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen.
• Provide support to the skilled trades on site.
• Hand digging and trenching.
• Traffic control to ensure safe and efficient workflow.
• General site cleanup and maintenance to keep area safe.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Work hours may include days, nights and weekends depending on project needs.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions (hot or cold).
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking Traffic controllaborersfor any of the North and South Texas construction projects.We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals that want to excel with us.

The laborers will help support the project and crew with various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Able to follow instructions
• Provide support to the skilled trades
• Hand digging / trenching
• Traffic control
• General site cleanup and maintenance
• Follow safety policies & procedures
• Work hours adjusted to meet the project’s needs; days, nights and weekends
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold temperatures
• Other duties as assigned
