Primoris Gas Operations, which includes companies such as Q3 Contracting, ARB, Primoris Distribution Services, Snelson, and Pipejacking Trenchless, has over 60 years of experience in the natural gas distribution industry. PDS is seeking 2 crew leads and 4 laborers to assist with restoration work, including sidewalk/driveway repairs and road cut repairs, along with other specialty cuts as needed. The workweek is typically 45-50 hours, with the possibility of additional hours for emergency jobs. Applicants with a commercial driver’s license are encouraged to apply.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and procedures
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Perform physical labor
• Use tools such as shovels effectively
• Dig spoil piles
• Restore work sites to or better than original condition
• Respect colleagues, clients, and customers
• Basic construction knowledge is helpful but not required
• Understand safety zones around equipment like backhoes, bore rigs, and air compressors

Qualifications

• Driver’s license preferred but not required

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift/move 50 pounds
• Continuous standing, walking on uneven surfaces, turning, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking, and hearing

Work Environment

• Outdoor conditions, including wet, humid, cold, and hot environments
• Loud noise levels common
• Exposure to traffic
