Clark Companies, a prominent leader in the design and construction of high-end outdoor athletic facilities and a trusted aggregate supplier serving the Central New York region, is seeking Laborers and Operators to join our team in Delhi, NY.

Position Overview

This position requires travel throughout the Northeast during the construction season and frequently involves overnight stays. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and capable of working in a physically demanding team environment to help construct high-quality athletic facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Heavy lifting.
• Dig trenches, rake, compact earth, and backfill holes.
• Perform set up and clean up tasks.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with supervisors, office staff, and field personnel.
• Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to ensure timely project completion.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Skills & Knowledge:

• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in an outdoor construction environment.
• Ability to operate equipment is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and ability to work in collaboration with others.
• Ability to work independently, with little or no direct supervision if needed.
• Valid driver's license.

Experience & Education:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Construction knowledge and experience preferred but not required.
• Salary Range: Staring at $25 per hour (increases after the 90-day probation period).
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; out of town work and overtime required.
• Reports to: Operations Manager
