Job summary

The Ruhlin Company is seeking experienced LABORERS in Northeast Ohio and Columbus, focusing on concrete, drainage/pipe, demolition, and grading for its Civil Division. You'll perform a variety of field tasks, work with a Foreman, and adhere to safety policies while supporting daily maintenance and site operations.

Applicants should be prepared to participate in project meetings and training, with physical demands and outdoor conditions typical of construction sites.

The Ruhlin Company is seeking to hire experienced LABORERS (specializing in concrete, drainage/pipe, demolition, grading) in Northeast Ohio and Columbus Ohio for Ruhlin's Civil Division.

Position Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently perform various work tasks.
• Work safely at all times.
• Interact with the Foreman frequently to receive instructions and supply requested information.
• Comply with Company health, safety and general policies and protocols.
• Assist in ensuring Company equipment is properly maintained through daily maintenance.
• Attend project and staff meetings and training as required.
• Keep Foreman informed of all issues related to safety or other workplace issues as needed.
• Perform additional assignments per Foreman's direction.
