Job description

We are seeking reliable, results-driven individuals for demanding general labor - Ironworker duties. The core focus of this position is manual labor, requiring significant physical stamina, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. We value individuals who show up on time, work hard, and consistently push projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual Labor:Perform heavy manual labor, including lifting and moving materials (up to 75 lbs), and running an impact wrench.
• Site Preparation & Cleanup:Prepare sites by cleaning debris, trash, andscrap materials; maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Equipment Operation:Assist with the safe and efficient operation of hand and power tools.
• Material Handling:Load and unload trucks, ensuring materials are properly secured and distributed to necessary areas of the site.
• Safety Compliance:Adhere strictly to all company and OSHA safety standards and protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) [2].

Qualifications & Skills:

• Work Ethic:Demonstrated history of reliability, punctuality, and a proactive, "get it done" attitude. We need self-starters who require minimal supervision.
• Physical Stamina:Must be physically fit and able to withstand demanding environmental conditions, including prolonged standing, bending, crouching, and working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain.)
• Experience:Previous experience in ironworking, general labor, warehouse work, or a related physically intensive field is preferred but not required. We are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic.
• Safety Mindset:A strong commitment to personal safety and the safety of the team.
• Licenses:A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites are required.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 7am-5pm but can very by job and job site.

Pay:

$18-$22hr to start DOE
