Primary Responsibilities

1. Perform general construction labor, including jobsite clean-up and moving materials by hand.
2. Operate motorized equipment, including power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
3. Assist in pouring vertical concrete.
4. Install reshores per instructions.
5. Work in varying weather conditions, potentially exposed to extreme cold, heat, noise, and dust.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds of material and up to 90 pounds with assistance.
2. Ability to frequently walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb.
3. Experience with hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
4. 10 Hour OSHA Card.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 6 months of formwork/concrete construction labor work experience who meet or exceed performance expectations.
