Job summary

PCL Construction in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking experienced Laborers to support our Civil Project. You will assist with pipe installation for water and wastewater systems, read drawings, and help with excavation, grading and site tasks.

This safety-sensitive role requires 2+ years in water and wastewater construction, ability to work outdoors, and willingness to comply with safety policies. The position offers $24–$28 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies and job-site safety procedures.

How you will contribute to the team:

What you will bring to the role:

• Ability to dig to grade and follow layout requirements.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans.
• Ability to operate equipment and tools in a safe manner.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

The salary range for this position is between $24 and $28 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
