Job summary

PCL Construction, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking experienced Laborers to join our project in Denver.

Construction experience is preferred but not required; candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces. Responsibilities include assisting with pipe installations for water and wastewater systems, reading drawings, laying out tank placements, and maintaining a safe, organized site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in water and wastewater construction preferred.
• Experience working around underground utilities.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.
• This is a safety‑sensitive position with drug‑free workplace requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with above-ground and underground pipe installation for water and wastewater systems.
• Support piping, mechanical, and tank installations.
• Perform layout for tank placement and mechanical installations.
• Read and interpret construction drawings with minimal supervision.
• Assist with shooting elevations and maintaining proper grades.
• Perform excavation and backfilling tasks safely and efficiently.
• Support equipment operators and assist with basic machinery operation.
• Plan and organize daily work tasks to support crew productivity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies and job‑site safety procedures.
• Perform other general labor and construction‑related duties as assigned.

We are seeking experiencedLaborers to work in our Project located in Denver, CO.

• Construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work in confined and or elevated spaces
• Maintain clean organized work areas
• Basic power tool operating skills
• Read a tape measure, basic measuring skills

How you will contribute to the team:

• Assist with above‑ground and underground pipe installation for water and wastewater systems.
• Support piping, mechanical, and tank installations.

The salary range for this position is between$24 and $28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
