Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Missouri is seeking a team member to assist in the general operation of our location, supporting feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply. You will perform duties in accordance with company policy and may participate in cross-training to broaden your skill set.

We value reliability, physical stamina, and a willingness to grow within the cooperative. Overtime, including weekends, may be required to meet busy seasons and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to maneuver product/equipment weighing 50–100 pounds.
• CDL or willingness to obtain one is required.
• Overtime availability, including weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in general operation across feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply.
• Support all areas of the business in accordance with policy.
• Benefit from cross-training in Agri-Service areas to gain new skills.
