Preferred experience in aggregate/asphalt manufacturing, concrete manufacturing, or construction. Knowledge of mechanical repairs and ability to operate mobile equipment such as skid steers, front-end loaders, haul trucks, and manlifts. Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions. Responsible, reliable, and dependable.
