Job summary

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, seeks Telecom Laborers for its Columbus, Ohio office to support broadband projects in our Telecom Construction Division. The role will involve handling site work and performing tasks across a variety of challenges with wage ranges between $22 and $27/hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license preferred.
• Underground utility experience is a plus.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig and reach.
• Must be able to climb ladders.
• Must be able to travel.
• Must be able to lift, carry and place heavy objects.
• Bilingual English/Spanish experience is a plus.

Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire Telecom Laborers for our Columbus, Ohio office. This role supports Broadband projects in our Telecom Construction Division. A Telecom Laborer at Team Fishel will handle projects of various complexities and perform site work. The average wage range for this position is between $22 and $27/hour, dependent on level of experience.

Responsibilities

Work as a part of a crew

Assist as required in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by the Crew leader, Foreman, or Supervisor

Handle physically demanding construction duties

Assist crew members in placing underground pipes, conduit, manual labor, and operating power tools

Requirements & Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL Drivers license is preferred

Previous underground utility experience is a plus

Must be able to follow instructions

Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig and reach

Must be able to climb ladders

Must be able to travel

Must be able to lift, carry and place heavy objects

Bilingual English/Spanish experience is a plus
