Job summary

Primetals Technologies USA is seeking a Laborer for our Warren, OH facility to support plant operations with a range of physical tasks. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork and hands-on work on-site.

No prior experience is required; in-house Crane/Forklift training is provided to obtain certification, and relocation assistance may be available based on position. The company offers a full range of benefits from day one of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience necessary.
• Crane/Forklift – In-house training provided to obtain certification.
• Ability to use Hand Tools.
• Proper use of safety equipment such as safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of physical tasks in support of plant operations such as shoveling, sweeping, cleaning of equipment and parts, media blasting, finishing, painting, general ground maintenance, lifting and moving heavy objects, cleaning and preparing job sites, collecting and delivering tools and equipment and moving office furniture
• May be required to drive a company vehicle for short distance trips
• Other work may be assigned by manager
