Job summary

Tarkett Sports is seeking a field installation technician to prepare and install polyurethane track surfaces. This role involves cleaning, surface prep, polyurethane application, and edge detailing on outdoor sites with a hybrid work arrangement.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of field experience, physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, and familiarity with safety standards. Tarkett values sustainability and offers development programs and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparation of asphalt/concrete surface for polyurethane track material (40%).
• Use of small hand tools and power equipment in surface prep and polyurethane installation (20%).
• Carrying, mixing and pouring polyurethane per OSHA safety standards (10%).
• Recovery of excess rubber granules and edge detail trimming of track surface (20%).
• General site cleanup and demobilization (10%).
