North Sky Communications in Moses Lake, WA is seeking an Aerial Telecom Laborer II with a Class A CDL to support an aerial crew. You will provide tools, parts, and materials, reposition equipment, and ensure safety and readiness on job sites.

The role requires a CDL, willingness to climb poles, and the ability to work in varied weather conditions. DOT compliance and overtime may apply; competitive weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willingness to become a certified pole climber.
• 0-3 years of labor experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in solo and team environments.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment under crew direction.
• Ensure door-tag notifications and resident alerts for construction activities before work begins.
• Stock, clean, and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform manual excavation and minor repairs with shovels and tools.
• Direct and flag traffic flow according to local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions to meet project deadlines.
• Assist with basic maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed to ensure efficient operations

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older

• Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Willingness to become a certified pole climber

• Pass a DOT physical to meet job requirements

• Routinely: work at heights, handle fiber reels weighing up to 50 lbs, and operate in various weather conditions

The wage range for Laborer Telecom Aerial II w/ CDL is $25.00 - $28.00.
