Responsibilities include assisting with installation and maintenance of solar panels and wind components, site preparation, material handling, digging trenches, and safe use of hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous construction/labor experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, stooping and climbing.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to travel to various project locations as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of solar panels, wind turbines, and other renewable energy components.
• Perform general site preparation tasks, including clearing, grading, and excavation.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.
• Dig trenches, lay conduit, and assist with cable pulling as directed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site, including debris removal and waste disposal.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.
