Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with site cleanup.

• Support foundations, fencing, and other site infrastructure.

Job Overview:Job Summary**The Laborer Renewable performs a variety of manual tasks to support the construction and maintenance of renewable energy projects, primarily solar and wind farms. This role involves physical labor in outdoor environments, contributing to the efficient and safe operation of project sites.Job Responsibilities**Perform general labor duties such as digging trenches, moving materials, and clearing vegetation.Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., electricians, equipment operators) with various tasks as directed.Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper handling and storage.Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.Maintain a clean and organized work area, including debris removal and site cleanup.Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Assist with the assembly and installation of solar panels, racking systems, and other renewable energy components.Support the installation of foundations, fencing, and other site infrastructure.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.Perform other duties as assigned to support project objectives.Job Qualifications**High school diploma or GED preferred.Previous experience in construction, general labor, or outdoor work is an asset.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.Basic understanding of construction safety practices.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for some positions.Willingness to travel and work on projects in various locations.Company Overview:Primoris Renewable Energy, a business within Primoris Services Corporation’s Energy segment, is a leading power generation engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) provider specializing in utility and commercial scale solar power, energy storage, solar repower, and operations and maintenance.
