Prismhr Hire in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Laborer – Refuse Collector to perform essential sanitation duties for the City.

This full-time position offers 1st-3rd shift options, requires lifting up to 100 pounds, and adherence to safety rules, background checks, and periodic drug testing.

Daily duties include manual trash collection, operating under varied weather conditions, and representing the City professionally.

Qualifications

• No minimum education or driver's license required for general laborer assignments.
• Prior laborer experience is not required unless specified for a particular assignment.
• Specific assignments may require additional qualifications, experience, screening, or other requirements, identified when needed.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and performing extended periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, and repetitive manual labor.
• Must be able to pass a background check (state and federal previous 7-years).
• Must be able to pass initial, random, and incident drug testing.

NEEDED: Laborer – Refuse Collector

LOCATION: Charlotte, NC

SCHEDULE: Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM, 8-10 hours
• 2nd shift: 3:00 or 3:30 PM, 8-10 hours
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM, 8 hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

• No minimum education or driver's license is required for general laborer assignments
